Huntsville, AL - May 21, 2007 - Jason Dinkins has joined Carina Technology, Inc. as an Applications Developer and Database Administrator.  He will be responsible for helping develop custom applications for Carina's Software Suite while maintaining its current database-driven products.  Dinkins has over 8 years of experience in developing and integrating software applications for the utility industry.
