Carina Products and Solutions The CarinaPoint™ POM (Power Outage Management) device enables utility companies to have near real-time accurate power outage notification. The control and monitoring of the unit is accomplished through Carina Technology, Inc's (CTI) CarinaXchange™ web-based user interface (requires no customer software) and can be integrated with existing software (SCADA, OMS, GIS, etc.).
